3. Virtual Economy & Currency
Virtual Currency Policy
LUX Currency is Virtual Only: LUX has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
Economy Rules:
- No Real Money Trading: Buying/selling LUX for real money is strictly prohibited
- No External Value: LUX cannot be traded for Discord Nitro, gift cards, or anything outside the bot
- Virtual Items Only: All items, fish, stocks are virtual with no real value
- Economy Resets: We reserve the right to reset economies for balance or technical reasons

- Temporary Bans: 1-hour to 30-day suspensions
- Permanent Bans: Permanent removal from the Service
- Economy Resets: Loss of virtual currency and items
- Leaderboard Removal: Removal from rankings and statistics
Serious Violations (Immediate Permanent Ban):
- Real money trading of virtual items
- Exploiting critical bugs for personal gain
- Operating gambling/trading schemes outside the bot
- Harassment or doxxing other users
7. Service Availability & Modifications
- Uptime: We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee constant availability
- Maintenance: Regular maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
- Updates: Features may be added, modified, or removed
- Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue the Service
